WHAT? Salman Khan SHELVES 'No Entry 2' Due To Legal Complications And Budget Issues – DETAILS INSIDE
Fans of the 2005 hit comedy No Entry have been eagerly waiting for news on the upcoming sequel of the film. It was announced earlier this year that, Aneez Bazmee had a script ready for the film and not only were Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan and Anil Kapoor reprising their roles in the movie, they would also be seen in a triple role. It was reported that Salman Khan had loved the script and felt that it was one of the funniest scripts he had read in over a decade.

After confirming the actors and the script getting ready and approved, it was said that the filming would commence early next year in 2023. But now according to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Salman Khan and his team have decided to shelve the movie altogether.

Yes, you read that right!

Fans may never get to see their beloved Prem, Kishan and Sunny on-screen together again.

As per a source, quoted by Bollywood Hungama, even though Salman Khan was keen on working on the laugh riot project, there were many legal complications the team had to face. First complication being that the first movie’s production house Sahara One Motion Pictures is now defunct. As per the entertainment portal the Tiger franchise actor thought it would be easy to resolve the matter but it was too complicated.

Another issue that was faced by the team was budget issues. As per the report, Salman wanted to acquire the rights of the first movie by paying off everyone associated with it. But, after calculating the costs they found out it was way over their stipulated budget. It is said that Salman felt people might raise issues once the movie goes on floors.

There was another complication of a third party creating problems since this entire ordeal is not very transparent and would not only cause legal trouble but would be even more costlier.

Owning to the above mentioned reasons, Bollywood’s Bhaijaan has shelved the project.
